What drives the final amount
- Number of founders. The main multiplier for remote registration: each founder needs their own PESEL and e-signature, so 400 € per person. The legal address and bank account stay one per company.
- Whether you travel to Poland. Come in person and you skip PESEL and signature, saving 400 € per founder.
- Whether you have a registration address. No address, no company. We provide one for 32 € per month, one per company.
- Whether you need an account and VAT. The account is one per company. VAT is handled separately by an accountant.

Why is the notary route twice as expensive?
The notarial form is for non standard articles and requires a notary, hence +2000 zł and 1 to 2 months instead of 10 to 14 days.
Is VAT included?
No. VAT registration is done separately by an accountant, we hand you over to a vetted specialist.
