Why every company needs a registered address

The registered address is where your company officially “sits”: it goes in the KRS, on the tax office’s records, and on your invoices, and it is where official correspondence is sent. Without one, the company cannot be registered at all. For a founder based abroad, or one who simply does not need a physical office in Poland, a virtual office supplies this legal address properly and affordably.
