Remote Company Registration in Poland (2026): Register from Abroad, No Travel

Most of my clients register their Polish company without ever getting on a plane. I am Vladislav, and since 2019 remote registration has been the normal way we work with founders in Ukraine, the CIS, the US, and beyond. Here is exactly how a company gets registered from abroad, and what makes it possible. Yes, you can register a Polish sp. z o.o. fully remotely, without travelling to Poland. We arrange your PESEL and qualified electronic signature from abroad (about 400 € per founder), you sign the template articles electronically from your own country, we provide the registered address, and we file through the S24 online system. Registration takes 10 to 14 days. No flights, no in-person notary, no local address of your own.

Why remote registration is possible

A sp. z o.o. can be registered online through S24, the government portal, using template articles of association signed with a qualified electronic signature. There is no requirement to appear before a Polish notary or in a Polish court in person. The only thing each founder needs is a way to identify and sign electronically, and that is the piece we set up for you remotely.

What you need for remote registration

  1. PESEL, arranged remotely (part of the 400 € per founder). Details on our tax numbers page.
  2. A qualified electronic signature, used to sign the documents online (the other part of the 400 €).
  3. A registered address in Poland, which we provide (32 € / month), one per company.
  4. Company details: name, PKD activity codes, share split, board.
PESEL and the signature are per founder, so they scale with the number of partners. The address and, later, the bank account are one per company.

The remote process, step by step

  1. We agree your company details and confirm feasibility for your country.
  2. We arrange your PESEL and electronic signature remotely.
  3. We prepare the S24 template articles; you sign them electronically from home.
  4. We file with the KRS court.
  5. Registration completes in 10 to 14 days; NIP and REGON are issued automatically.
  6. We help open the bank account (online, around 250 €) and hand you to an accountant for VAT and KSeF.

What it costs

Same base as any sp. z o.o.: from 2000 zł service plus about 350 zł court fee. Remote adds 400 € per founder (PESEL and signature) and 32 € / month for the address, with the bank account optional at 250 to 300 €. Remote vs in-person

You can register in person if you prefer, and travelling lets you skip the PESEL and signature step, saving 400 € per founder. But for most foreign founders the flights, time, and notary appointments cost more than they save, which is why remote is the default. The one thing occasionally easier in person is a bank account for higher-scrutiny profiles, and even that we usually solve without travel.
